알비더블유는 수많은 국내외 아티스트 제작 경험을 바탕으로 한,
독창적인 노하우가 담긴 제작시스템 “RBW 아티스트 인큐베이팅 시스템”을 구축하였습니다.
이를 통해 보다 효율적으로 경쟁력 있는 콘텐츠를 제작하고 있으며,

Welcome to RBW. We are Jinwoo Kim and Dohoon Kim, CEOs of RBW.
RBW is Asia’s no.1 artist & music production company, powered by our specialized contents planning capability, seamlessly-organized production system, along with best-in-class inhouse producers.
Based on our extensive engagements in numerous artist production projects in and outside of Korea for the last five years, we were able to build our “RBW Artist Incubating System,” designed with our unique know-how. This system enables us to produce more efficient and competitive contents, and break new ground in the entertainment industry by creating so-called, “k-pop derivitiave products” such as broadcast programs, education & tour products, etc.
Moreover, we are exerting our utmost efforts to live up to our company name, “Rainbow Bridge Company.” As the name speaks for itself, we seek to achieve our vision of connecting the world with a dream-fulfilling bridge. RBW continues to play bigger challenge of moving forward, from remaining as a simple entertainment company to achieving greater vision.
We will step up our efforts to converge the entertainment industry with areas where we could create synergy through an effective contents utilization. We will continue to stay strong against the uncertain future, and achieve our vision under our unwavering belief and principles.
